~*Blacksmith Magic*~

Tap, tap, tap of little hammers
Shaping little magic bells
No time to talk no time to yammer
Flying hands of little elves

Flying needle and magic thread
Sewn to harness green and red
Attach to each bright colored reign
Just in time for reindeer games

Little reindeer, with coats so bright
Brushed with Santa’s magic light
With feet so swift, and eyes alert
As they lift the sleigh from earth

These games will separate the best
And help to train all the rest
For they will pull Santa’s sleigh
And help deliver toys someday

Some will pull the sleigh each day
When those believers come to play
Over the village and over the snow
Looking down on the lights below

Blacksmith’s work must be just right
With careful planning and magic light
That fills each bell sewn on with care
On each harness the reindeer wear
